Founded SIRO in 1996 and leads the Group’s strategic vision, drawing on decades across pharma and clinical research. His leadership has guided SIRO’s growth into an integrated life sciences organisation.
Karan Daftary
Managing Director, SIRO Group
Oversees the Group’s operating businesses across clinical research, data and evidence, and medical writing, with a focus on growth and partnerships. Co-Founder of Ceresity Technologies; Finance graduate of Babson College, Boston.

Rahul Srivastava is Group Strategic Advisor to the SIRO Group. He has 28+ years of experience in Indian life sciences, including his time as Group Vice President at Bharat Serums and Vaccines. He works closely with SIRO’s leadership on strategic direction, growth priorities, and key partnerships across the group’s businesses.

Dr. Bhushan M. Khemnar
Vice President, Business, Operations and Strategy
Dr. Bhushan Khemnar heads operations at SIRO Clintech, with clinical operations, biometrics, medical writing, clinical trial supplies and business development reporting to him. He brings about fifteen years across sponsor and CRO roles, including Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company and Bharat Serums and Vaccines, and leads the extension of the company’s work from trial delivery into evidence generation across the product lifecycle.
Dr. Somesh S. Bolegave
Head of Biometrics, Regulatory & Medical Services
Dr. Somesh Bolegave is a physician with 15 years across academic and sponsored clinical research, spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutraceuticals and AI-enabled medical technologies. He leads SIRO Clintech’s biometrics, regulatory and medical functions, helping sponsors turn scientific concepts into programmes that are credible, practical and aligned with regulatory expectations.
